For a long time, the deli on 1st Ave & 7th St had hand-written signs that were always amusing. "Cucubers" cracked me up every time I walked by. They corrected it to read "Cacumbers" which made me lol more. Now they've got printed signs, which just isn't the same.
One picture I regret not taking: a food cart in Midtown with a printed sign that read: CHEEESEBRBERS
I may have snorted at my desk laughing at the first image. Wow.
