When I saw the scaffolding go up, I panicked, as that's usually a sign of doom. In this case, I think all ended well.

They did a nice job, it looks good! Nice before and after photos!
Of course I have a thing for untouched, faded looking buildings, but I have to admit they did a very decent clean-up job, and it looks good.
