I was gonna say one of the last flop houses left, but is it really? what is it, more like a somewhat affordable, but still pricey for what it is, hotel for european urban trekking types with the big backpacks?
These days, it's a hostel...I'm not sure if there are any permanent residents left or if it's a mixed crowd, but it looks like its days are numbered. Whether or not it's destined to be another Luxury Bowery Box, I'm not sure, but its days as a flophouse are most certainly over and done.
