Gimme shelter
On the eve of yet another winter storm...
I was in another lifetime one of toil and blood When blackness was a virtue and the road was full of mud I came in from the wilderness a creature void of form "Come in" she said "I'll give you shelter from the storm". --Bob Dylan
Wow, one of your best photos ever! We had close to six inches on Tuesday and I'm hoping it's the last of the season. Not fun when you have to drive in it! I miss the subway system!
Amazing light. I keep looking at it and thinking it's a painting.
ReplyDeleteI can't get over this. My favorite Dylan lyric of all time, paired with the perfect picture.
ReplyDeleteThanks - I like how snow at night gives the city an other-worldly appearance.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Dave. It's been that kind of week...

ReplyDeleteThanks, Marty! There's nothing quite like NYC in the (fresh) snow...but I'm ready for spring.
ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful. It's somehow haunting and charming at the same time.
ReplyDeleteThank you, David. That's how I feel about the city at night.
