RIP Coney Island

I rediscovered this 2006 photo of Surf Avenue in Coney Island that I forgot I had:

And, this time next year, I expect the buildings won't be there at all.

  1. So sad!! The Henderson and the Shore Hotel are gone. Thankfully, the only building in immediate danger is the Grashorn Building on Surf Ave. So great seeing you out there! Hope to make it a couple of more times out to the Boardwalk before everything closes. Booo!!
