Update on yesterday's rescued hawk

I had an update from the folks at WINORR who report that the light-eyed red-tailed hawk who was rescued on the Lower East Side yesterday is doing well. X-rays revealed no broken bones, which is great news.  The hawk did have "a small divet on the top of his head with some feathers missing," so he may have suffered a collision.  He is currently being treated with medication and rest, so I hope he can be released soon.
