Hello!
This last weekend, I found one hunting tiny insects in the cobwebs that dwell in the crevices of the fences in Tompkins Square.
You can see in the photo below that Ms Kinglet wears a cobweb beard. Perfect for Halloween.
The bugs were too small for me to see, so I don't know what exactly the kinglet was eating (spider eggs?), but she enthusiastically explored every nook on the fence.
The cobwebs wrapped around her feet like tiny fuzzy slippers, but didn't slow her down.
